Home › Cleaning Prices in Barbados: What Affects the Cost
WHAT GOES INTO
THE PRICE.
How cleaning prices are worked out in Barbados, what changes the cost, and how to see your price before you commit.
See your price before you book
For residential, deep and move cleans, the booking form shows the price for the options you select before you send a request. There is no obligation. Commercial work and jobs that need an assessment are quoted individually by the office.
What changes the cost
- Bedrooms and bathrooms: the base price follows the number of bedrooms, and extra bathrooms are added on
- Type of clean: a regular clean costs less than a deep clean or a move-in/move-out clean, which take longer
- Condition of the property: heavier buildup, neglected areas or a long gap since the last thorough clean add time
- Size and layout: very large homes, multiple kitchens or several floors take longer
- Extras: oven interior, inside cupboards, fridge interior, balconies, laundry and linen changes are priced separately
- Frequency: repeat bookings are agreed with the office, and one-time visits do not receive a recurring-service rate
Regular versus deep cleaning
If the home is kept in reasonable condition between visits, a regular clean is usually the right choice. If it has been a while, or there are areas that have not been cleaned properly, a deep clean is more honest about the time needed and avoids a rushed result. Our guide to regular versus deep cleaning explains the difference.
Airbnb and holiday rental turnovers
Turnover pricing depends on the size of the property, the handover window and whether linen, laundry and restocking are part of the visit. Share those details and the office confirms the arrangement and price before the first visit.
Commercial cleaning quotes
Offices, shops and managed properties are quoted after the office understands the premises, the areas in scope, the cleaning frequency and access requirements. A site visit may be needed. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract.
How to get an accurate price
- Count the bedrooms and bathrooms you actually want cleaned
- Be honest about the condition; it saves a revised price later
- List extras up front rather than on the day
- Say whether it is one-time or repeat
- For anything unusual, request an estimate and let the office look first
