Managing several villas, apartments or condominiums means overlapping checkouts, owner visits and maintenance windows. We work from your calendar and property briefs so each visit has an agreed scope, and the office confirms availability for each date rather than assuming a standing slot.

What we can agree per property

• A written brief: rooms, access, alarm and key arrangements, and who to call
• Standard turnover scope, plus optional linen changes, laundry and restocking where agreed
• Arrival preparation before owners or guests, and departure cleans after
• Periodic deep cleans between seasons or when a property has been closed
• Reporting of damage, missing items or maintenance issues noticed during a visit

Working with managers based overseas

Many owners and agencies are not on the island. Requests, confirmations and updates can be handled by email and the online forms, with a local contact for access. Include an international number and a local access contact when you send the first brief.

How to start

Send an estimate request describing the number and type of properties, their locations, the expected turnover frequency and any linen or restocking needs. The office reviews the portfolio and comes back to discuss scope and pricing. Sending a request does not create a contract; the arrangement is agreed separately.
