Website bookings and virtual assistant

Website update: September 2026. When you use our virtual assistant, you are chatting with AI, not a human employee. We use Auntie Lizzie to store and manage your enquiry, and OpenAI to help generate responses from your messages and booking choices. Our shared office team, based in Trinidad, can review and respond to Barbados enquiries.

We ask for your name, email address and contact number so we can follow up. If you request a service, we also collect your service address, preferred date and time, service choices and relevant instructions. Please do not enter passwords, payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information in chat.

Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. The office reviews the request and availability before confirming. You can use the booking form or call our Barbados office instead of using the AI assistant.

Your browser may store a conversation token so the chat can reconnect on the same device. Clearing browser storage removes that local token; it does not delete the enquiry already held by the office. Contact us using the details below for help with information we hold about you.

Our hosting, booking, email and AI service providers may process information outside Barbados. The cookie notice explains the technologies used on this replacement website. No optional advertising or analytics scripts are loaded by this release.
