Essential chat storage

If you start a chat, a conversation token is stored in your browser under wjc_chat_token_BB_we-just-clean. It allows this device to reconnect to the conversation. Messages and booking requests are held in our booking platform, not only on your device.

Your privacy choice

The website stores your privacy selection under wjc_cookie_consent_v1. Use the Privacy choices button to review it. Optional analytics and advertising scripts are not included in this release. Selecting Accept analytics records a preference; it does not activate an analytics service that is not installed. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent to optional tracking.

Booking and other services

Opening the booking form takes you to our Auntie Lizzie booking page. That service and any payment provider you subsequently choose may use their own essential cookies or storage. The website does not ask you to install the Auntie Lizzie app.

Managing stored information

You can clear or block this website’s cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Doing so may disconnect the current chat and reset your privacy preference. It does not erase a booking request or conversation already received by our office.
